

This project involved creating a content management dashboard for artists and label managers to track song uploads, revenue, and performance metrics. The previous system lacked clarity and actionable insights.
We conducted stakeholder interviews and analyzed existing workflows to understand key user needs. Based on these insights, a dashboard was designed with visual charts, activity summaries, and clear call-to-actions.
After iterative testing, the dashboard was refined for both usability and scalability, enabling users to quickly monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
