

This project focused on redesigning the mobile app to improve usability, engagement, and retention. The existing app had several friction points that confused users or made navigation cumbersome.
We started by mapping user flows and conducting heuristic evaluations to identify pain points. Wireframes and interactive prototypes were created to test different layout options and interaction patterns.
After user testing, the final design was implemented, focusing on intuitive navigation, modern visual language, and consistent interaction patterns. The redesign improved task completion rates and overall user satisfaction.
